Zucchine alla pakistana

Direttamente dalla mamma!
1 medium onion or 2 small , cut fine
2 garlic cloves, chopped
 Small piece ginger , chopped
1 coffee spoon dry curry leaves
2 coffee spoons cumin seeds
1 cof. Spoon each kalonji/ mustard seeds
1 SMALL fresh green chili or 1 VERY small dry chili, sliced  FINE
Bouillon  legumes ( maybe half cube or more, check for salt)
Oil
VERY lightly brown the chopped onion, add garlic for 3 seconds, remove from fire and add curry leaves  plus all  other spices+ bouillon . Stir,  mix, blend.
Return to fire,  add the  chopped  zucchini , cut in rondelles fines.
Cover and put on very low heat, without water.
The zucchini will release enough water  as they cook.
When ready (check in about 15mts)' if not cooked , stir & cover to cook some more.
 If they are slightly watery,  put on high heat to dry them out.
If possible , add fresh coriander.
